    Bedding Rental – Returns Policy

    All rented bedding must be returned at the end of your campervan hire period.

    • Condition: Bedding must be returned in a reasonable condition. Light use is expected, but any items returned with permanent stains, damage, or excessive soiling may incur a cleaning or replacement fee.

    • Missing Items: Any missing items (e.g., pillows, duvet covers, sheets) will be charged at the replacement cost.

    • Cancellations: Bedding rental fees are refundable only if cancelled at least 48 hours before the start of your hire. After this time, no refunds will be issued.

    • Pre-Existing Issues: If you notice any issues with the bedding upon collection, please inform us immediately to avoid charges.

    By renting bedding, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before your trip.
