Shipping & Delivery Policy

Campervan Rentals

Fiordline Campers does not deliver vehicles. All campervans must be collected and returned from our base in the Lake District, UK, at the agreed time and location. Details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you require collection from a local transport hub (e.g. train station or bus stop), please contact us in advance — we may be able to assist, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Shipping of Optional Extras or Merchandise

If you order physical items (e.g. branded merchandise or add-on rental items), we aim to dispatch them within 2 working days via Royal Mail or a trusted courier. Shipping times vary by location:

UK Mainland: 2–4 working days
Scottish Highlands & Islands: 3–5 working days
International: Currently not available

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
