Refund Policy

1. Campervan Rental Cancellations

- Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the hire start date will receive a 50% refund of the
total hire cost.
- Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the hire start date will not be refunded.
- No-shows are treated as cancellations with no refund.

2. Add-On Cancellations

- Add-ons (e.g., portable toilet, bedding kits) can be cancelled up to 48 hours before collection.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours unless agreed under exceptional
circumstances.

3. Early Returns

- No refunds are given for early vehicle returns, regardless of reason.

4. Damaged or Faulty Equipment

- If any hired equipment (including add-ons) is found to be faulty on collection, report it immediately.
- A replacement will be issued if available, or a full refund will be processed.

5. Excess Mileage

- All hires include a mileage limit of 1,000 miles per week (147 miles per day).
- Additional miles will be charged at £0.32 per mile.

6. Fuel Charges

- Vans must be returned with a full tank.

- A £25 admin fee + the cost of fuel applies if not returned full.

7. Cleaning

- Vehicles must be returned clean and tidy.
- A £100 valeting fee applies for excess mess or pet hair.
